Role Description
Robust expertise in commercial vehicle and construction equipment financing, including Current and Used vehicle business development and portfolio management.
Proven experience in corporate and retail lending, credit appraisal, risk assessment, and structuring financial solutions.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, OEMs, fleet operators, and institutional clients, with robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of banking products, regulatory guidelines, compliance requirements, and standard documentation processes.
Analytical and quantitative skills for evaluating proposals, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across branches, central teams, and senior leadership.
Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant professional certification in banking or finance is an advantage with Min 50% Marks.
Prior experience in commercial banking, NBFCs, or financial institutions in vehicle or equipment finance is highly preferred.
