Role Description The Career Counselor is a full time, in office role based in the United States, supporting individuals in planning and managing their career development. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing skills and interests, and guiding candidates or students toward suitable career paths and training opportunities. The role involves designing and facilitating career workshops, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, and providing resources on resumes,



interviewing, and networking strategies. The Career Counselor will collaborate with internal teams, educational partners, and employers to build career development programs and track outcomes to ensure effective support and measurable impact.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in career counseling, career development, and career management.
