ROLE INTENT
The Account Lead is responsible for owning client relationships, driving execution, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
You act as the bridge between client ambition and creative delivery,



ensuring clarity, quality, and momentum across every project, while working closely under the guidance of the Account Director.
This is a leadership-track role that requires ownership, judgement, and accountability.

YOUR GROWTH MILESTONES
In 3 Months — Own Accounts
Take ownership of assigned clients and projects
Build trust with client stakeholders and internal teams
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and approvals run smoothly

In 6 Months — Drive Strategic Alignment
Lead client conversations independently
Anticipate client needs and guide planning proactively
Improve workflows and execution efficiency

In 12 Months — Step into Strategic Ownership
Support the Account Director in strategic planning and account growth
Mentor Account Managers and junior team members
Play a key role in strengthening long-term partnerships
