Your impact

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Testing Associate to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, with robust expertise in Playwright using .NET, along with exposure to RPA tools and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through comprehensive testing, automation development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Test Planning & Strategy:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers,



and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define robust test strategies.
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios covering both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure alignment of QA activities with project timelines and delivery goals.

Manual Testing:
- Execute manual test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT.
- Document and track defects using standard defect management tools.

Automation Testing:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Build and execute automated test scripts for UI and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Analyze test results, debug failures, and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
