Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and bearings.
- Conduct breakdown maintenance to resolve issues with machinery and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot problems with electrical systems, HVAC units, and other plant operations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
- Robust knowledge of operation maintenance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques for electrical systems, HVAC units, etc.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day.
