About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

The candidate will be responsible for driving measurable business results such as qualified leads, app installs, website traffic, conversions, and revenue while continuously optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop performance marketing strategies based on client objectives, target audience, location, and budget.
- Manage Lead Generation, Conversion, Traffic, Awareness, App Install, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Create and test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, placements, and campaign structures.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Reach, and Frequency.




- Regularly optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Identify and reduce low-quality, irrelevant, and duplicate leads through better targeting, qualification, and campaign optimization.
- Coordinate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure effective utilization of advertising spend.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, Google Ads, tracking, attribution, and digital advertising trends.
- Work closely with the account management and strategy teams to understand client objectives and deliver campaign results.
