Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and contract owners to collect contracts and key contract metrics.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help contract owners understand key contract parameters and requirements.
- Analyze contracts and challenge or support contract owners to ensure accurate and consistent contract representation.
- Build dashboards for management, monitoring, follow-up, and control using contract-related data.
- Perform contract storage, migration, and data management activities with high attention to detail.
- Identify data quality gaps, inconsistencies, and missing information and take corrective actions.
- Execute data migration processes while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Validate migrated data against source data based on defined business requirements.




- Maintain detailed documentation of contract representation rules and support change management activities.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to research and document ESM processes related to contract, demand, and risk management.
- Automate quality checks to ensure accuracy at both individual contract and global levels.

Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Contract Management, Contract Migration, Data Management, or related processes.
- Ability to understand, analyze, explain, and support process changes.
- Ability to develop, improve, and adapt processes.
- Project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
