- Core Responsibility: Responsible for Pre-sales and Business Development of the 3-Phase UPS and Critical Power product line.
- Financial Metrics: Drive Sales & Gross Margin for the 3-Phase UPS Business in the assigned region. Key performance metrics include Revenue, Market Share, and Gross Margin.
- Expertise in Schneider Electric 3-Phase UPS Portfolio, including:
- Galaxy V-Series: Galaxy VS, Galaxy VL, Galaxy VX, and the high-density Galaxy VXL.
- Modular & Scalable Systems: Easy UPS 3-Phase Modular systems.
- Easy UPS 3-Series: Easy UPS 3S, 3M, and 3L systems for cost-optimized deployments.
- Energy Storage Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Schneider Electric Galaxy Lithium-ion Battery Systems alongside traditional VRLA battery sizing.
- Technology & Features: Strong working knowledge of efficiency-saving modes like Schneider Electric’s proprietary eConversion mode, Live Swap modularity, and unity power factor engineering.
- Business Growth:



Grow and sustain the 3-Phase UPS Business as standalone products and as part of integrated turnkey Data Center solutions.
- Pre-sales Support: Provide specialized technical pre-sales support to sales teams across regions for Data Center infrastructure segments (C&SP;, Enterprise, Channel).
- Strategic Alignment: Coordinate, review, and strategize Data Center power business with the broader Schneider Electric team.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor during customer engagements, demonstrating solid domain expertise in power continuity, efficiency, and reliability.
- Solution Design: Understand customer requirements and develop robust power solutions using EcoStruxure-ready architectures for:
- Mega, Hyperscale & AI-Load Data Centers
- Edge DC & Micro Data Centers
- Modernization & Retrofit Data Centers
- Critical Industrial/Facility Operations
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with Electrical Consultants, EPC contractors, and key accounts.
