We are looking for an R&D; / Product Development Engineer with hands-on experience in Current Transformers (CTs), SMPS Transformers, electronics manufacturing and product development.

Responsibilities
- Develop, improve and troubleshoot CTs, SMPS Transformers and electronic products.
- Reverse engineer products and understand their construction, materials and technical parameters.
- Develop prototypes and convert them into production-ready products.
- Conduct testing, failure analysis and troubleshooting.
- Operate LCR meters, multimeters, testing instruments, machines and other equipment.
- Select and evaluate cores, wires, components and materials.
- Prepare BOMs, specifications, drawings and test reports.
- Improve product quality, reliability, manufacturing processes and cost.

Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years, preferably in CTs, SMPS Transformers,



transformer manufacturing or electronics R&D.;
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE or related field.
- Strong knowledge of transformers, magnetic cores, winding, electrical/electronic parameters and testing.
- Ability to reverse engineer, troubleshoot and develop products.
- Hands-on experience with testing instruments and manufacturing machines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and practical skills.
- Comfortable working in R&D;/lab and manufacturing/shop-floor environments.
