We are looking for a Research Programs & Customer Engagement Lead to help research and design teams run customer-facing programs more effectively. This role will support customer engagement, panel building, workshop operations, cross-program coordination, reporting, and process improvement.

This is a hands-on program role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, strong in communication, and comfortable working with both internal stakeholders and customers. The person should be able to look ahead, spot gaps, create structure, and help multiple teams stay coordinated.

Role & responsibilities
- 8+ years of experience in program management, research operations, customer programs, design operations, or similar roles.
- Robust communication skills with experience managing stakeholders, coordinating across teams, and interfacing with customers when needed

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience building customer panels, research communities, customer engagement programs, or feedback programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Azure DevOps, dashboards, automation tools, or similar platforms.
