- Manage warehouse accounting and inventory-related transactions in ERP/SAP.
- Verify GRN, purchase invoices, stock transfers, sales returns, and stock adjustments.
- Reconcile physical stock with system stock and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify transporter, freight, loading/unloading, and other warehouse-related bills.
- Check vendor invoices against PO, approved rates, and supporting documents.
- Ensure correct GST, HSN/SAC, E-Way Bill, and statutory documentation.
- Monitor stock in transit and inter-warehouse reconciliations.
- Support monthly stock closing, physical stock verification, and audits.
- Maintain proper records of warehouse expenses, debit/credit notes, and pending bills.
- Prepare MIS reports on inventory, expenses, pending GRNs, freight, and stock differences
