Job Overview
We are hiring Field Sales Executives (FSE) for Paytm to drive merchant onboarding and promote digital payment solutions in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local markets and merchants for lead generation and onboarding.
- Acquire new merchants and enable digital payment solutions.
- Sell and deploy Paytm Soundbox, QR Code, EDC/Card Swipe Machines and other payment solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits and payment acceptance processes to merchants.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Visit existing merchants and resolve their basic product/service-related issues.
- Conduct merchant revisits and support Soundbox/EDC deployment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and improve sales conversion and retention.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome if they have good communication and sales skills.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Telecom, Banking, Retail, E-commerce, Fintech or Wallets will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting daily targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Good knowledge of the local area/geography.
- Age: 18–35 years.
