Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT Recruiters.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Handle end-to-end US IT Recruitment and Staffing activities.
- Manage C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements; C2H experience is preferred.
- Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Guide recruiters on effective sourcing and candidate screening strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure quality and timely submission of candidates.
- Track recruiter productivity and prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Train and support recruiters on US staffing processes and best practices.
- Handle escalations and resolve recruitment-related challenges.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and consultants.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Team Lead / Team Management.
- Solid experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
- C2H / Contract-to-Hire experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC.
