Responsibilities :
- Market and place bench consultants with direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendors.
- Generate requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and existing contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
- Handle the complete bench sales cycle, including consultant marketing, requirement identification, submission, follow-up, interview coordination, and placement.
- Negotiate rates and contractual terms with vendors and clients.
- Maintain an active database of vendor contacts and client requirements.
- Work closely with consultants to understand their technical skills, visa status,



location preferences, and availability.
- Maintain daily submissions, follow-ups, and placement reports.
- Develop new vendor and client relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve monthly submission and placement targets.

Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of US staffing processes and employment/visa categories such as H1B, H4 EAD, GC, USC, OPT, and CPT.
- Excellent vendor network and knowledge of Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales and placement targets.
