Role Summary
:

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a senior marketing communications leader to shape the company's narrative and drive external visibility.

This individual will oversee the communications function — spanning strategic communications, PR and media relations, and employer branding — and will be the single accountable leader ensuring Aurigo'svoice is credibleand consistent acrossall channels and audiences.

This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, with responsibility for advising senior leadership, managing agency and media relationships, and building a high-performing communications team.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 8+ years in Corporate/Marketing Communications within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with expertise in PR, media relations, executive communications, and employer branding.
- Solid storyteller with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience partnering with C-suite leaders and representing organizations externally.
- Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling,



audience-focused messaging.
- Proven people leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience with the US public sector, infrastructure, or capital programs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Aurigo’s corporate communications, PR, and employer branding strategy.
- Lead media relations, executive positioning, thought leadership, and speaking engagements.
- Manage social media, digital presence, and brand reputation across markets.
- Partner with leadership to craft compelling narratives for Aurigo’s AI-native platform and business growth.
