Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and personable Business Development Executive to spearhead BeeBuddy's school and academy partnerships across Delhi NCR. This is a ground-level, high-impact role that blends field sales, relationship management, and account growth. The ideal candidate is confident in face-to-face interactions, comfortable walking into a school, and skilled at converting conversations into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and build a pipeline of target schools, kids academies, activity centers, and coaching institutes across Delhi NCR through database research, field visits, referrals, and online research.
- Proactively generate leads through both outbound outreach (cold calling, WhatsApp, email, direct visits) and inbound inquiries (responding to platform sign-ups and incoming interest).
- Maintain and regularly update a clean, organized lead database using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent).

Field Sales & Outreach
- Visit schools and academies in person to introduce BeeBuddy, build credibility,



and present partnership opportunities.
- Represent BeeBuddy professionally in meetings with school principals, activity coordinators, and academy owners.
- Conduct demos and pitch sessions explaining BeeBuddy's Basic and Premium listing plans clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up diligently with prospects through calls, messages, and repeat visits until a decision is reached.

Pitching & Onboarding
- Clearly communicate the value of listing on BeeBuddy increased visibility, lead generation, and parent discovery.
- Present and explain plan features, pricing, and benefits in a straightforward, consultative manner tailored to each school or academy's needs.
- Handle objections confidently and guide prospects through the onboarding process smoothly.

Relationship Management & Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded school and academy partners.
- Build lasting, trust-based relations
