Brand Manager
who can take ownership of the brand, strengthen its market presence, and drive business growth through effective marketing and brand-building strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for a
Brand Manager
who has strong experience in
marketing, brand building, business expansion, and end-to-end brand management
. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, sales, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall
brand and marketing strategy
for Kidology.
- Take ownership of the brand's positioning, communication, visibility, and growth.
- Identify new opportunities to
expand the business into new markets, channels, and customer segments
.




- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across
digital, social media, e-commerce, offline, and other relevant channels
.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to drive
customer acquisition, revenue, and ROAS
.
- Develop campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, offers, and key business moments.
- Conduct
market research and competitor analysis
to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps.
- Understand customer behavior and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the product and creative teams to develop
campaign concepts, product communication, packaging, and brand assets
.
- Manage and strengthen Kidology's presence across
e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms
.
- Track brand and business performance through key metrics such as
sales, revenue, customer acquisition, conversion, marketing spends, and ROI
.
- Prepare regular marketing and business performance
