Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their travel needs, present suitable travel packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.



This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems. The Sales Executive will coordinate closely with operations and destination experts to ensure that customer expectations are clearly communicated and met. Day-to-day responsibilities also include building long-term client relationships, achieving sales targets, contributing to promotional activities, and providing proactive post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert leads into bookings and meet or exceed targets.
