Role & responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall day-to-day operations of the entertainment facility.
• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient functioning of all attractions, gaming zones, rides, and customer areas.
• Lead and supervise large frontline and operations teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Monitor daily sales, footfall, revenue, memberships, ticketing, and other operational KPIs.
• Drive revenue growth through operational initiatives, promotions, upselling, and customer engagement.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, cleanliness, presentation, and facility management.
• Monitor equipment, rides, gaming machines, and attractions to ensure operational readiness and safety.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, SOPs, statutory requirements, and emergency procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Support budgeting, cost control, manpower planning,



inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational and customer service standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and analyze performance trends.
• Coordinate with Marketing, HR, Finance, Security, and Maintenance teams for smooth business operations.
• Support the Operations Manager in implementing business strategies and achieving overall revenue and profitability targets.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent knowledge of FEC, amusement, gaming, or entertainment operations
Strong understanding of customer experience and large-volume visitor management
Experience in revenue management, ticketing, memberships, and upselling
Solid operational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of safety, compliance, emergency procedures, and facility standards
