About the Role

We are looking for
Tally Callers
who will be responsible for daily calling with
Customers, Distributors, and Brokers
, collecting order requirements, entering orders in the system, and managing sales and order-related data for the assigned territory.

Openings:
- 1 Kannada Speaking Tally Caller
- 1 Telugu Speaking Tally Caller

Key Responsibilities
- Make daily calls to
Customers, Distributors, and Brokers
for order requirements, stock requirements, and follow-ups.
- Collect and accurately enter order details into
SAP/ERP
.
- Handle regular
data entry and updating of customer, order, and sales-related information
.
- Track orders from booking to dispatch and follow up on pending orders.
- Coordinate with the
Sales, Operations, PPC, and Logistics teams
for smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, follow-ups, and customer requirements.




- Support the Sales Team with daily sales and order-related data.
- Identify order-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience
in Tally Calling, Data Entry, Telecalling, Sales Coordination, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Kannada or Telugu speaking proficiency is mandatory
, depending on the position.
- Good working knowledge of
Tally and MS Excel
.
- Basic knowledge of
SAP/ERP
will be preferred.
- Good typing speed and high accuracy in data entry.
- Solid communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling repetitive calling and data-entry activities.
- Candidates with experience in
FMCG, Food, Manufacturing, or Distribution
will be preferred.
