WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Bangalore | 4–7 Years | Full time .
Zoftcorp is looking for a smart, confident, energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle and turn opportunities into revenue.
This is NOT just a lead-generation role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads from digital marketing, website enquiries and other channels Connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs and decision-makers
- Understand requirements and qualify opportunities
- Conduct online and face-to-face client meetings
- Build relationships and handle follow-ups
- Prepare proposals with the technical team
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively
- Visit clients when required
- Own the complete cycle: Lead → Call → Qualification → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Technology Understanding:
- Basic understanding of website development and technology services is required.
- You don't need to be a developer but should be able to understand client requirements and communicate effectively with the technical team.
- We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability
- Confident with senior decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- Commercially aware and target-oriented Self-driven, proactive and independent
- Quick to understand new products/services
- A natural closer who takes ownership of results

We are looking for someone who can say:
“I got the lead. I understood the requirement. I built the relationship. I handled the objections. I negotiated. And I closed the business.”
