Handle leads from:
- Walk-ins
- Online inquiries
- Marketing campaigns
- Ensure timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Update CRM with accurate customer data

Product Presentation & Test Drive

Explain features, variants, and pricing of MG vehicles

Highlight USPs (ADAS, EV technology, connected features)

Arrange and assist in test drives

Ensure excellent product demonstration

Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

Convert inquiries into bookings and sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Upsell accessories, extended warranty,



and finance options

Assist customers with:
- Booking forms
- Finance/loan processing
- Insurance coordination

Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

Delivery Coordination & Handover Support
- Coordinate with delivery team for timely vehicle handover
- Participate in delivery ceremony
- Ensure customer satisfaction at delivery stage

CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of:
- Leads
- Test drives
- Sales conversions

Share daily/weekly reports with management

Customer Relationship & Retention

Follow up post-sale for feedback

Handle basic customer queries

Generate referrals and repeat business
