ABOUT THE POSITION

Radhey Homes is commencing the planning and development of a 12.5-acre plotted township in Raipur.

We are looking for an experienced Project Development Manager to act as the owner-side representative and coordinate the project from planning and feasibility through approvals and development mobilisation.

This is not merely a site-engineering or liaison position. The candidate must understand plotted-township planning, project economics, development approvals, infrastructure requirements and consultant coordination.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate urban planners, architects, surveyors, advocates and infrastructure consultants
- Review alternative township layouts for saleable area, plot mix, marketability and compliance
- Verify land surveys, boundaries, levels, access and area statements
- Review plot dimensions, orientation,



road hierarchy, open spaces and amenities
- Prepare and maintain the complete approval and NOC matrix
- Coordinate project submissions, objections, compliance and approval follow-ups
- Coordinate preliminary road, drainage, water-supply, sewerage, electrical and landscaping plans
- Prepare preliminary quantities, development budgets, cash flows and feasibility comparisons
- Analyse gross area, deductions, net saleable area and plot inventory
- Track consultant deliverables, drawings, revisions, submissions and approvals
- Prepare project schedules, weekly progress reports and decision-pending registers
- Identify planning, approval, infrastructure and commercial risks
- Assist management in evaluating consultants and contractors
- Present alternative options and recommendations to the promoters

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch
- 7–12 years of relevant real-estate dev
