We are looking for smart, enthusiastic, and research-oriented candidates to join our team as Healthcare Recruitment Interns. The intern will gain practical exposure to international healthcare recruitment and assist in identifying healthcare facilities and employment opportunities abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify hospitals, clinics, healthcare centres, medical facilities, and healthcare organizations abroad.
- Research international healthcare job markets and identify potential recruitment opportunities.
- Collect and organize information about healthcare facilities, job requirements, and vacancies.
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and identifying suitable healthcare professionals.
- Conduct online research using reliable sources and maintain accurate research records.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment databases, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Support candidate sourcing,
screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination when required.
- Communicate professionally with team members and candidates.
- Provide regular updates on research findings and assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and candidate information.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written.
- Strong research and online information-gathering skills.
- Smart, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to organize large amounts of information accurately.
- Interest in Healthcare Recruitment / HR / International Recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers and students/recent graduates with good communication and research skills can apply.
