Purchase Executive

Designation: Purchase Executive

Experience Level: 2–4 years

Industry Preference: Automobile industry experience preferred

Location: BPTP Park Centra, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

Salary Budget: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchase coordination, from requirement identification to order delivery
- Source and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to ensure quality material at competitive prices
- Prepare and process purchase orders, and track order status until fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, stores, accounts) to align on purchase requirements
- Travel as required for vendor visits, site inspections, and supplier meetings
- Maintain and update vendor database, price lists, and purchase records




- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production/operational delays
- Monitor market trends and pricing to support cost-effective purchasing decisions
- Resolve vendor-related issues including quality, delivery, and payment discrepancies

Key Skills Required
- 2–4 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience
- Experience in the automobile industry preferred
- Robust vendor negotiation and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and purchase documentation
