Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – Brand Manager will support the planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, patient engagement, and business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, agencies, vendors, and influencers to ensure timely execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the assigned brand portfolio.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and CRM to deliver marketing initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day coordination with agencies, vendors, and partners for brand, clinic, and product marketing activities.
- Conduct consumer and patient research to gather insights on customer needs, brand perception, and satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry best practices to identify growth opportunities.




- Support brand activation initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage influencer collaborations, including identification, negotiations, deliverables, contracts, and campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on marketing analytics.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications & Skills
- Masters in advertising / media

1–2 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Consumer Marketing.
- Robust understanding of digital and offline marketing.
- Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking and reporting.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
