Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for current hires to ensure a smooth start within the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Support employee offboarding activities, including conducting exit interviews.
- Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
