Hiring: Bartender

Aura Bar Cum Lounge is looking for a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
- Handle bar equipment, glassware and cocktail/mocktail preparation.
- Maintain proper bar hygiene, cleanliness and presentation.
- Manage bar stock, inventory and wastage control.
- Provide excellent guest service and maintain a professional attitude.
- Follow company SOPs, safety and responsible serving practices.

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer and other beverages.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced lounge environment.
- Well-groomed, disciplined and team-oriented candidates preferred.
