Job Description Manager / Senior Manager Guar Gum & Isabgol International Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced qualified to drive international sales and business development for Guar Gum and Isabgol (Psyllium Husk) across global markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing export business, managing international customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
International Sales & Business Development
- Develop and expand export sales of Guar Gum and Isabgol in international markets.
- Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, traders, and industrial buyers.
- Explore new market opportunities across Europe, USA, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
- Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.

Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.




- Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Address customer requirements, complaints, and quality concerns promptly.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and demand patterns.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to management.
- Track international regulations and compliance requirements related to exports.

Commercial & Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and sales contracts.
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure product availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
