We are looking Project Engineer with 4–5 years of experience, especially for residential apartment construction, I would keep the role focused on site execution, quality, planning, labour, materials, contractors, and reporting etc.,

Project Engineer – Civil | 4–5 Years

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

4–5 years of relevant experience in residential building/apartment construction.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Site Execution

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.

Monitor RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, blockwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing activities.
- Planning & Progress

Prepare daily and weekly work plans.

Monitor project progress against the schedule.

Identify delays and take corrective action to maintain project timelines.

Coordinate manpower and resources according to work requirements.
- Quality Control

Check line, level, alignment,



dimensions and workmanship.

Ensure construction quality as per approved specifications.

Identify defects and ensure timely rectification.

Coordinate with QA/QC, architects and structural consultants where required.
- Contractor & Labour Management

Supervise contractors, subcontractors, masons and other workmen.

Allocate work and monitor productivity.

Resolve day-to-day site and labour-related issues.

Ensure proper coordination between different agencies.
- Material Management

Prepare advance material requirements for the site.

Coordinate with the Purchase team for timely material availability.

Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage.

Check materials received at site against requirements.
- Measurements & Billing

Verify work measurements at site.

Check subcontractor bills against actual executed quantities.

Maintain proper measurement and work-completion records.
