Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Deputy Manager – Actuarial with experience in the Life and Annuity insurance domain.



The ideal candidate should possess a strong actuarial foundation combined with hands-on programming and data analysis skills to support actuarial modeling, valuation, pricing, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support actuarial valuation, pricing, product development, and financial reporting activities for Life and Annuity products.
- Analyze, validate, and transform large volumes of actuarial and policy data.
- Develop and maintain data processing, automation, and reporting solutions using Python, R, SQL, and VBA.
- Work closely with actuarial, technology, and business teams to implement and enhance actuarial models and processes.
- Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and analytical reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in model validation, testing, documentation, and process improvements.
