Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for UPS, inverter, battery, and power backup products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Visit customers to understand their power backup requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients, dealers, distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, proposals, and pending orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and activity reports in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events when required.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in UPS, inverter, battery, electrical, power backup, or industrial equipment sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
