Job Description
The company is looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment and workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
- Assist with joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, procedures and company requirements.
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave and attendance management.
- Support performance management and employee development activities.
- Maintain HR reports and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist management with various HR and administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in HR / Business Administration / Commerce or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and employee-management processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
