Continuous Improvement & Cost Control
- Reduction in norms of RM and utility.
- Improve Input/Output norms
- Encourage team to use TQM methodology & initiatives to make systems for improving plant efficiency.

Protected Plant Operations
- Creation of robust safety systems for all operation and ensuring that non-conformances are analyzed & corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure PPE's availability and use in accordance with best safety practices
- Prevent accidents and near misses. They are analyzed to arrive at the root cause & actions are implemented to prevent recurrences.




- Conduct process FMEA to reduce breakdown and severity of process.

Ensuring EHS Compliance in Plant Operations
- Identification of hazards, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, implementation of corrections & protection measures.
- Standardize practices through SOPs and Work instructions.

Reduce Customer Complaints
- Ensure compliance of quality management procedures.
- Address customer complaints by deep analysis and take corrective & preventive action.

Preferred candidate profile

Ideal candidate must be a full Time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 18-22 years of experience in large scale chemical plant (Continuous Plant) handling hazardous process.
