Role Overview:
The Business Development Specialist will work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time capacity, focusing on expanding the customer base and identifying growth opportunities for Mocha products. We are looking for a driven and versatile individual. You will help grow Mocha's customer base, represent the brand on social media, and ensure that every new customer is set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of business development, digital presence, and customer relationships. Responsibilities span across two major domains as below.

1. Business Development & Customer Onboarding
- Generating and qualifying leads through various avenues in India and overseas
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and industry events to generate a pipeline of prospective clients
- Manage Mocha Technologies' social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
