Job Summary

The Sales Manager Sourcing & Channel Sales will be responsible for driving business growth through channel partners, brokers, referral networks, and other sourcing channels. The role involves building and managing strong partner relationships, generating qualified leads, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sourcing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong channel management and business development skills, a proven track record in sales, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of the real estate market and customer acquisition journey.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, referral networks, and other external sales partners.
- Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through channel partners and multiple sourcing channels.
- Identify, onboard, activate,



and expand the network of new channel partners to increase business potential.
- Conduct regular meetings and engagement activities with channel partners to build long-term relationships.
- Provide partners with regular project updates, product information, sales training, marketing support, and relevant market insights.
- Motivate and drive channel partners to achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Ensure seamless coordination between channel partners and internal sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor channel partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity, conversion, and revenue contribution.
- Develop robust market intelligence on competitor projects, pricing, customer preferences, market trends, and emerging business opportunities.
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and target achievement through effective sourcing strategies.
