Responsibilities:
- Managing the companys various brands on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. Also Google Ads.
- Developing content plans and implementing SMM strategies for projects.
- Knowledge of and proficiency in targeting.
- Creating and promoting posts, stories, publications and Reels.
- Editing photos and videos, including in collaboration with a designer.
- Adhering to a defined concept and style.
- Building a loyal community on social media. Maintaining dialogue with the audience and fostering a positive brand image.
- Generating ideas for shoots, storylines and events, and organising them online to drive growth in followers and views.
- Working with influencers and bloggers relevant to the companys field.
- Using Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Captions or other relevant applications in your work, including the use of AI.
- Collect analytics, prepare reports and propose ideas for increasing reach and engagement.
- Some PR activities outside of social media.
- Knowledge of the latest trends on social media.

Requirements:




- Anyone applying for this role must be familiar with all of the above and be able to apply them successfully.
- Must possess a keen eye, a sense of composition and colour. Ability to visualise and create aesthetically pleasing compositions.
- Soft skills such as responsibility, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creativity and initiative.
- Experience in the automotive sector and/or a strong desire to learn about and develop automotive-related content is a significant advantage.
- English is must. German proficiency is a plus
