Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Analyst Relations strategy aligned with VVDN's business and technology priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts from Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other relevant analyst firms.
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiry sessions, research engagements, vendor assessments, and analyst events.
- Prepare VVDN leadership and subject-matter experts for analyst meetings and briefings.
- Develop compelling presentations, briefing documents, company narratives, and key messaging for analyst interactions.
- Track and monitor analyst coverage, reports, rankings, market assessments, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for VVDN to participate in relevant Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, Waves, Vendor Landscapes, MarketScapes, and other analyst evaluations.
- Work with internal stakeholders to gather business, technology, customer, and market information required for analyst engagements.
- Develop regular reports on analyst sentiment, market perception, competitive positioning, and coverage.
- Collaborate with PR,



content marketing, corporate communications, sales, and business teams to align external messaging.
- Monitor competitor positioning and analyst commentary to identify market opportunities and risks.
- Maintain an analyst database, engagement calendar, briefing history, and relationship tracker.
- Support executive leadership with analyst-related insights and recommendations.
- Measure the effectiveness and ROI of analyst relations initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Technology PR, Corporate Communications, B2B Marketing, or a related role.
- Solid hands-on experience engaging with Gartner and Forrester.
- Experience working with IDC is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of how technology analyst firms operate and their research/evaluation processes.
- Experience managing analyst briefings and executive-level interactions.
