Responsibilities: Manage and support core operational processes within Banking and Capital Markets (BCM), ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards. Coordinate execution of key activities across banking operations, including transaction processing, reconciliations, and reporting. Monitor operational risks and contribute to mitigation strategies in alignment with regulatory and internal control frameworks.
