We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer ? Vehicle Integration Design to support the vehicle-level packaging, interface definition, and CAD integration across multiple vehicle systems including BIW, PTI, Chassis, Interiors, and Electrical. The role involves end-to-end packaging ownership, ensuring delivery of clash-free design, optimal space utilization, serviceability, manufacturability, and regulatory readiness aligned with NPI lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage vehicle-level packaging for engine bay, underbody, cabin, and luggage areas
- Perform 2D package layouts (master sections) and 3D CAD integration (DMU)
- Conduct packaging studies, tolerance stack-up, and feasibility analysis
- Execute deliverables across NPI gates (KO SOP)
- Ensure targets for packaging efficiency, manufacturability, accessibility, cost, and weight
- Support builds PV, PP, SOP readiness
