Key Responsibilities:

1.Shipment Tracking & Coordination
- Track daily shipments across various courier partners and marketplaces.
- Monitor shipment statuses such as In-Transit, Delivered, Delayed, and RTO.




- Follow up with logistics partners for delayed shipments and delivery issues.
- Maintain shipment tracking reports and dashboards.
- Escalate critical shipment issues to the concerned teams.

2.Day-to-Day Operations
- Support order processing, dispatch, and fulfillment activities.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Monitor daily order volumes, dispatches, and delivery performance.
- Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks and process gaps.
- Ensure data accuracy in operational trackers and reports.
