We are looking for a Creative Producer - Senior Associate to support the planning and execution of product shoots, photography, videography, reels, YouTube shorts, corporate videos, and campaign shoots across indoor and outdoor setups. This role will work closely with the Creative Direction Manager and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life through robust production planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute product photography, videography, campaign shoots, reels,



YouTube shorts and corporate videos.
- Coordinate indoor and outdoor shoots, ensuring smooth execution as per creative requirements and timelines.
- Support end-to-end shoot production, from pre-production planning to final execution.

Pre-Production & Conceptualization
- Assist in developing creative concepts, shoot ideas, storyboards, mood boards, and production plans.
- Coordinate shoot requirements including products, props, locations, models, vendors, and team availability.
- Prepare shoot schedules, production checklists, and execution trackers.

Camera, Lighting & Equipment Handling
- Handle and coordinate camera, lighting, audio, and other production equipment during shoots.
- Ensure proper setup of lighting, angles, frames, and visual quality as per creative direction.
- Maintain and coordinate equipment requirements, availability, and safe handling during production.
