Lazzaro Immigration is a boutique immigration practice focused on talent-based immigration, with a growing caseload of EB-1A and O-1A matters. We're looking for a mid-level immigration paralegal (2-5 years of experience) to join our team, supporting our talent visa practice as well as change of status and family-based filings.

This is a remote, full time role with real ownership over your caseload, not high-volume document processing.

What you'll do:
- Support EB-1A and O-1A petitions: evidence collection, exhibit preparation, drafting support letters and petition documents, and coordinating with clients on evidence gaps
- Prepare and file I-539 change of status applications
- Handle family-based immigration matters, including I-130/I-485 petitions and supporting documentation
- Manage case timelines, deadlines, and client communications across an active caseload
- Draft cover letters, exhibit indices, and petition packages for attorney review




- Track RFEs/NOIDs and assist with response preparation

What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience as an immigration paralegal, with direct exposure to employment-based petitions (EB-1A, O-1A, or similar extraordinary ability/talent categories strongly preferred)
- Experience with I-539 change of status applications
- Experience with family-based immigration matters
- Strong written English and meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple case deadlines independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with USCIS filing systems and current processing trends

Bonus: experience with O-1A or EB-1A evidentiary strategy, or supporting attorneys on complex fact patterns.
