Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Facility Management Tutor/Trainer** to deliver practical and engaging training in facility management concepts, operations, and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct classroom/online training sessions on Facility Management.
* Teach topics such as building maintenance, housekeeping, security, safety, vendor management, and soft services.
* Explain facility operations, preventive maintenance, and workplace safety procedures.
* Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
* Provide practical examples and industry-based case studies.
* Monitor learner performance and provide feedback.
* Keep training content updated with current industry practices.
Requirements
* Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of relevant Facility Management experience.
* Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
* Solid communication and presentation skills.
* Good knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.
* Ability to explain technical and operational concepts in a simple manner.
