Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Branch Banking Sales skilled to drive home loan business through branch walk-ins, existing customer relationships, referrals, and local market activities. The role involves identifying prospective customers, understanding their housing finance requirements, and managing the loan process from lead generation through disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate home loan leads through branch banking customers, referrals, walk-ins, and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home loan products.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly home loan sales targets.
- Source and develop leads from branch customer databases and relationship managers.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and processing teams for timely loan approvals and disbursements.
- Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.
- Follow up with customers throughout the application, sanction, and disbursement process.




- Cross-sell relevant banking and financial products wherever appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct local market visits and develop relationships with builders, brokers, property consultants, and other referral partners.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining strong business and portfolio quality.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage.
- 15 years of experience in home loan, mortgage, banking, NBFC, or financial services sales.
- Experience in branch banking sales or retail asset products preferred.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship-management skills.
