We're Hiring: Safety Officer

Location: Naliya

Industry: Engineering / Fabrication / Industrial Projects

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Safety or relevant field

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily safety inspections of blasting, painting, and coating work areas.
- Ensure approved Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, Method Statements, and work permits are available before starting work.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and work permits.
- Identify unsafe conditions and take corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
- Maintain daily safety inspection reports and incident records.
- Support emergency preparedness and accident/incident investigations.




- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and applicable safety standards.

Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of industrial safety practices.
- Experience in blasting, painting, coating, or fabrication projects preferred.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Robust knowledge of PPE, PTW, JSA/JHA, and risk assessment procedures.
