About Us:
I Support Foundation (ISF) is dedicated to supporting children with special needs through therapy, education, and holistic care. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lucknow.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans for children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and other special needs
- Work collaboratively with special educators, speech therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic development
- Track and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate parents/caregivers on techniques to support therapy goals at home




- Maintain accurate records and reports as per organizational and regulatory standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized institution
- Valid registration with the relevant state/national OT council
- Prior experience working with children with special needs preferred (freshers may also apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children
