Role Description
The Head of Recruitment is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai,



responsible for leading and scaling HummingBird’s end-to-end hiring strategy across all talent segments. This role oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management, while ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. The Head of Recruitment will collaborate with business leaders to define hiring needs, design recruitment campaigns, and build strong employer branding initiatives aligned with the company’s growth plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the recruitment team, implementing data-driven recruitment processes, leveraging HummingBird’s AI platform for candidate assessment, and driving graduate and early talent programs. The role also focuses on building recruitment dashboards, monitoring key hiring metrics, and continuously improving recruitment operations, policies, and compliance standards.
