. The role involves understanding customers’ healthcare protection needs and helping them choose suitable health insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through personal networks, references, and digital platforms.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and terms clearly.
- Assist customers throughout the policy purchase process.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
- Follow company and IRDAI guidelines while selling insurance products.
