What You’ll Do
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and perks at that time.

This is a strategically critical HR role focused on managing and sustaining effective industrial relations at the plant level. The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between the organization, union representatives, and statutory authorities to ensure a harmonious, compliant, and productive work environment.

Union Engagement
Foster transparent and proactive communication with the unionized workforce. Address grievances, facilitate dialogue, and build trust-based relationships with union representatives.





Statutory Compliance
Ensure full adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. Oversee timely filings, documentation, and audit readiness.

Wage Negotiations
Lead and support wage discussions with union bodies and internal stakeholders. Prepare negotiation strategies and ensure alignment with organizational policies.

IR Strategy Execution
Assist in developing and executing the plant’s Industrial Relations strategy in line with broader organizational goals. Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Management
Liaise with local government bodies, labor departments, and statutory authorities to maintain a peaceful and legally compliant working environment

Qualifications
Post-graduation specialization in Human Resources.

7-10 years overall Management Experience
